CareerPulse is a SaaS platform for candidate profiles, AI-assisted CVs, motivation letters, recruiter discovery and professional messaging.
Use the platform lawfully, respectfully and only for career, recruiting and professional networking purposes.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload, publish or send through CareerPulse.
Do not upload content you do not have permission to use or content that is misleading, discriminatory, harmful or illegal.
AI-generated content disclaimer
AI-generated CVs, letters, profile summaries and chat answers are drafts and suggestions. You must review and edit them before relying on or sharing them.
CareerPulse does not guarantee that AI output is complete, accurate or suitable for a specific application.
Public profile responsibilities
If you make your profile public, recruiters and other visitors may view the information you choose to show.
You are responsible for deciding which personal details are appropriate to publish.
Recruiter interactions
Recruiters must use CareerPulse professionally and may not scrape, harass, discriminate against or misuse candidate data.
Candidate AI chats are screening aids and may not replace fair human assessment.
Limitation of liability
CareerPulse is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We aim for a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific hiring outcomes.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, CareerPulse is not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities or decisions made based on platform content.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security, legal or operational risk.
Deletion is permanent and may remove profile data, generated documents, files and conversations.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your own profile data and uploaded content. CareerPulse owns the platform, interface, software and brand elements.
You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display your content for the features you use.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass security, overload the service, reverse engineer private systems, send spam or use CareerPulse to process unlawful or sensitive data without a valid basis.
We may take action to protect users, candidates, recruiters and the platform.
